Our primary goal is to facilitate the registration and account activation process for drivers in these applications by providing exceptional support services, which include submitting requests, monitoring registration status, and offering necessary guidance to ensure successful account activation.

We strive to provide fast and reliable service to drivers to ensure they join the applications as quickly as possible. We understand the importance of time for drivers and are committed to offering continuous support to resolve any issues they may encounter during the registration process.

Please read the fee, payment, and liability policy carefully to ensure a complete understanding of your rights and obligations when using our services:

Fees and payments

• Fees and payments are solely for the service of submitting the request, not for account activation or guaranteeing its activation. 
• Fees are non-refundable once the request has been submitted. 
• In case the client requests to cancel the registration, for any reason, the registration will be canceled based on their request, and no fees paid for submitting the request will be refunded. 
• If the registration is canceled or there is an issue with the registration process due to incorrect information provided or a problem on the client's side, and the cancellation occurs within one hour of payment, 40% of the paid amount will be refunded. 
• Registration cannot be canceled, nor can fees be refunded after the account has been activated, for any reason.
• If the account is activated automatically during the activation period, the activation cannot be canceled. The registration can be changed to another application if the driver wishes, but the fees are non-refundable. 
• You have no right to object to any clause in the refund policy once you have agreed to it. 
• If you do not agree to this policy beforehand, you have the right to request a full refund of the fees you have paid. 

Responsibility

•     Drivers must adhere to the instructions and policies set by the application and operate according to professional and ethical standards.
•     Safe and comfortable delivery service must be provided to customers, and all applicable traffic laws and regulations must be followed.

Additionally, please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from the driver's misconduct or actions. The driver is responsible for their personal conduct and any legal consequences or violations of applicable policies and laws.

Furthermore, it should be understood that our work concludes once the driver is activated in the delivery application, and we do not assume responsibility for any issues or consequences that occur after that time. Drivers must comply with the application's policies and adhere to the instructions issued by the company operating the application.

We strive to provide a safe and reliable environment for drivers and customers, but drivers must be responsible for their personal conduct and adherence to established norms and laws.

Please note that we are an independent website and registration intermediary, not affiliated with any delivery or ride-hailing application or entity. We provide our services independently and strive to offer a reliable and trustworthy environment for drivers and customers.

We would like to clarify that we disclaim any legal responsibility for any issues that occur with drivers in the delivery application as a result of their misconduct or actions. We register drivers and provide a reliable environment for customers, but we are not responsible for the behavior of the drivers in relation to the delivery application.

Once the driver is activated in the delivery application, our work concludes, and we transfer full responsibility to the application itself and the company operating it. We are not responsible for any transactions, incidents, or disputes that occur thereafter between the driver, customers, or any other parties.

Please note that once the driver is activated in the delivery application, they will be subject to the terms and conditions of the application and will be responsible for their actions and conduct in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We advise drivers to adhere to professional and ethical standards and follow safety rules to ensure a safe and reliable delivery experience for customers.
